Minor contractions and back pain could i go into labor soon?

I am 39 weeks 2 days pregnant. Earlier I went into L&D because I thought my water broke, it didn't but the monitor showed I was having regular contractions 5 minutes apart but I wasn't feeling them at all. Since I've been home I've had about 4 times where my stomach gets very hard and it hurts all over, also in the last half hour or so I've been getting bad pain in my lower back. These stomach pains aren't anything super intense but they do hurt and they don't feel much like any cramps I've had in the last few weeks. Do you think I could actually be in labor or is my body just getting ready to go into labor within the next few weeks? I am a first time mom by the way and the last time I had a check up I was 1cm dilated and 50 %effaced.

My ex and I are friends after we broke up. He seems like he still wants to be with me whether as a bf or a friend (jealous of other guys, hurt when he sees me with other guys, long conversations whenever we text/IM, staring at me, and always reminiscing and bringing up inside jokes when we talk). However after being "hot" for a while he will pull away and go "cold" for a few days then he will always come back. Suicidal after friendship breakup?

My closest ever friend is breaking off the friendship, and it's almost definitely not salvageable. I'm feeling so suicidal right now, i just feel like there's no way i can face life unless i'm drunk, high or otherwise dead. It seems silly to get suicidal over, but i have literally nobody else now, and i'm SO hurt from how she has treated me it feels like the pain will never go away. I have depression to start with, she she just pushed me over the edge, and i'm on my second day of avoiding all liquids in an attempt to dehydrate myself to death. At the same time though i still want to live, it just seems impossible right now. Has anyone been through anything similar? thanks
