PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELLLLPPPP?

Ok so yesterday I was lying in my bed on my stomach and I realized that my were hurting so I changed my bra which had under wire in it into a sports bra and the pain didn't go away and today the pain is twice as bad and I don't know why???? Could some one please help me? I'm 15.
